About Us

While DesertWide Development was formally created in 2019, its principals have worked together in development and construction for many years. Since 1979, we have been developing Burger King restaurants throughout Arizona. Since 2016 alone, we have developed 25 Burger King restaurants in multiple cities across the state. Beginning in 2023, we began developing Slim Chickens sites as well, with 3 completed and 2 under construction as of the last quarter of 2024. With this experience in acquiring land, securing entitlements, and constructing buildings, you can be assured that this experience will translate into successful projects to meet your needs.
